I met a goal this week.  On the same Bathroom Scale that I have had since I was in College I weigh less than I did on the day that I got married to my wife.  16 years ago I weighed 198 on that scale, and this week I weighed 194.  Now I am shooting for the best shape I have ever been in a Sophomore in College.  I already feel better than I did at 20, now it is time to look better, and…

Ropes 3x 20 seconds of work/ 10 seconds of rest

 

Vintage Swings  20/10 4x

 

Windmills 20/10 4x

 

DB Snatch 20/10 4x

 

Repeat 2x

 

This can be timed or for repetitions max of 6.

 

Do you have to use ropes? No, get out jog for 10 minutes, jump on an elliptical. Just get your heart rate up and ready for some activity.
